DREAM BODY BOOTCAMP
Have some fun while we whoop your glutes into shape! Receive the attention and direction of one on one personal training in a class environment at a fraction of the cost. Get the help you want from our awesome instructors, and the new supportive friends you’ll make, while being taken through dynamic, fun and fat-blasting workouts.
The workouts consist of the most innovative training techniques blended from various athletic programs including but not limited to:
