Kia Ahadi – Master Trainer

Noted for his high-voltage energy, Kia Ahadi is driven with a burning desire to inspire, educate and transform people’s lives. He is a firm believer that a beautiful mind deserves a beautiful body and that mind, body and spirit must work together as one. Fed up and determined due to a months-long kidney episode at 18, Kia made the decision his life was going to change. After transforming his own body he felt such a significant difference in his life that he made it his mission to give people the same gift of health, vitality, and fitness.

Cara Cornacchia – Fitness / Lifestyle Coach

With over 7 years of experience as a personal trainer and a Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton (Ohio), Cara brings a wealthy of knowledge and expertise to the table. Cara is an ISSA Certified Sports Nutritionist and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.

Pouria Hashemi – Elite Personal Trainer/Fitness Specialist

With seven years of experience in weight training and cardiovascular fitness, Pouria specializes in weight control: toning, shaping, trimming body fat, and building lean muscle. A passionate athlete himself, Pouria understands the dedication and discipline required for sport specific training. His training style includes functional training, weight training, cardio drills, and padding. Pouria is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Counselor by CanFitPro (Canadian Fitness Professionals). His compassionate personality, commitment and caring nature towards his clients are the secret behind his clients’ high success rate.

Nila – Yoga Instructor

Nila is an experienced certified yoga instructor, working and training in this field since 2014. She is a MSc Sports Physiologist and registered Yoga teacher of yoga alliance. She is also certified in Ayurveda, doing Ayurvedic consultation on healthy nutrition and a healthy lifestyle as well. Also certified in the Usui-Reiki system of healing, she works as a bio-energetics healer.
She views Yoga as a life path towards bringing harmony through a combination of Mind-Body-Spirit disciplines including physical activity, Breathing Techniques, and Meditation.

Shooka Monazami – Nutritionist/Live Cell Analyst

Shooka Monazami is a nutritionist and live cell analyst. She is the founder of “Health Engineering”, a program in which she informs and encourages people to acknowledge their unique health conditions and to act accordingly. Live Cell Analysis is performed, which demonstrates how healthy the red and white blood cells are. By doing so, this detects deficiencies and imbalances long before they show on laboratory tests and in return, patients can prevent, treat and react quicker to potential sicknesses.

Brian Rafat – Fitness Instructor

Brian Rafat is a dedicated and seasoned fitness specialist with over 12 years of experience. His experience and expertese include fat loss, conditioning, weight training, and functional training. He has also been designing and running large boot camp sessions for the past four years. A purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu, Brian has competed in many international competitions with an already impressive track record. On top of various gold medal victories in regional events such as a the Arnold Classic in Ohio – he is a back to back double gold medalist in the Ontario provincial Amaeteur Championship tournament and has received a bronze medal in the World Championships in California – once as a blue belt and again for his first tournament as a purple belt.

Abdul – Fitness Trainer

Abdul is a certified fitness trainer who helps people through his passion toward fitness to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. His dedication and work ethic combined with his good sense of humor, positive mentality, high energy and high level of physical fitness became an asset toward motivating and transforming many people achieve their goals and “make it happen”.

Abdul has a passionate interest in health and fitness, in helping people, and in making a difference. In his opinion, personal training is one of the most mentally, emotionally and physically rewarding jobs you can ever do and that’s why he loves it.
